BLUE HOLE DIVING

Welcome to our Blue Hole diving tour! We are thrilled to have you join us for an exciting day of underwater exploration.

Early Departure and Blue Hole Dive

Our day begins bright and early at 5:15 am at our dive shop for a delicious breakfast before we set off on our adventure. At 6:00 am, we depart for the Blue Hole, which is located approximately 2 hours away. This iconic dive site offers a unique experience, with its stunning sinkhole formation and incredible marine life.

The first dive of the day will take place at the Blue Hole and lasts for about 30 minutes. Here, you will have the opportunity to witness the beauty of the underwater world at a depth of 130ft/40m.

Safety Requirements and Alternative Option

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we require that all divers are recent active divers, which means they have participated in a dive within the past two years. This requirement ensures that everyone is familiar with diving procedures and equipment.

For those who do not meet the experience level required for the deep dive, we offer an alternative option. You can still participate in the same dive at a shallower depth, accompanied by your own guide. This allows less experienced divers to join in the adventure while ensuring their safety and providing them with a personalized diving experience.

Second Dive at Halfmoon Caye Wall

After the Blue Hole dive, we move on to our second dive location, Halfmoon Caye Wall. This dive typically lasts for about 45 – 50 minutes, giving you ample time to explore the vibrant coral formations and encounter a variety of marine species. Keep your eyes peeled for reef sharks, hammerhead sharks, snappers, groupers, and eels among many other fascinating creatures.

Lunch Break on Half Moon Caye

Following the second dive, we head to the island of Half Moon Caye for a well-deserved lunch break. You can relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and replenish your energy before our next diving adventure.

Third Dive at Long Caye Aquarium

Our third dive takes place at Long Caye Aquarium, another fantastic dive site. This dive also lasts for about 45 – 50 minutes, allowing you to immerse yourself in the diverse marine ecosystem and witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the underwater world.
