Diving with them was an incredible experience! Every one of the staff from the front desk to the boat were very friendly, patient, easy to communicate with, and overall excellent. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get your certification or do additional dives on caye caulker! Will definitely be back to dive with them again.
Best night dive I’ve ever been on! I’ve been diving for 16 years and this was the coolest night dive in terms of variety and professionalism. Our guide was clear/concise with directions, and calmly helped the small group through all parts of the process. Much nicer than the larger, more chaotic dive boats. We got lucky enough to see ALL the species that the guide explained to us before the dive! He pointed out stingrays, grouper, lobsters, octopus, eagle rays, basket coral, and even a saltwater crocodile on the way in. It was a beautiful night and an epic dive! Highly recommend
If you’re looking to dive or get certified in Belize you’ll notice there are a lot of options to choose from. We decided to get certified at Scuba Sensation after talking to Walter, and we are happy we did! Walter is a GREAT instructor. He was patient, knowledgeable and fun to spend our training with. The equipment supplied during our sessions was very well maintained and not worn down.

I did my discovery dive with Walter and I’m delighted we chose him and his crew to do so! He was super attentive and patient. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave me time to practice and feel comfortable before going to the open sea. My partner, who is a more experienced diver, felt really comfortable as well and found the refreshing just what she needed: short and sweet but thorough. While in other places we had to take two different boats to go for a dive, they went above and beyond to get us together in the same one. We had two dives each and then some time to chill in San Pedro.

Walter is the best! We have never gone scuba diving before our open water course with him and our experience was nothing but positive. I definitely panicked the first time we descended but Walter was super patient and kind and helped me calm down and walked me through my breathing techniques. His crew are all amazing and so funny as well. We’ll definitely return for our advanced open water certifications soon!!! :)
Walter is such a homie! When all the other big dive operations on the island were closed for Christmas, Walter came through for us. Took us to some beautiful local dives near San Pedro where we saw half a dozen sharks in one go. His gear was great and he even provided dive computers. Walter himself was communicative, honest, and super helpful. If you want more personalized attention and to support one of the up-and-coming dive shops on the island that’s run by a local, then Scuba Sensation is your place.
