• Dive destinations are weather dependent.
• Refreshments are provided on all dive days.
• Open water dives are done where our dive excursions are going for the day. If there are no dive excursions, dives will be done at our local reef.
• NOTE:  Courses are not done at the Blue Hole.

Our Open Water Course is priced at US $440 and typically takes 2 days to complete, with an additional day dedicated to home studying. However, we understand that each student may have unique requirements, and we are flexible with our schedule to accommodate special requests. On Day 1, students are required to complete the online theory component of the course before their arrival. This ensures that they have a solid understanding of the necessary knowledge and concepts. Day 2 begins with Confine Water sessions, where students will review their knowledge and practice skills in shallow water for approximately 2-3 hours. Following this, students will embark on their first two open water dives in the afternoon. These dives will take place at the barrier reef, with a maximum depth of 12m/40ft. On Day 3, students will complete the final two dives of their open water course. These dives will be conducted at a depth of no more than 18m/60ft. Students will join the dive boat for the day, exploring various dive sites except for the Blue Hole. We strive to provide an exceptional learning experience and ensure that our students receive comprehensive training in a safe and enjoyable environment.

One of the specialty dives focuses on deep diving, where you will learn how to safely navigate depths beyond the standard recreational limit. This dive will give you the chance to explore deeper underwater environments and learn the necessary skills to do so. Another specialty dive focuses on underwater navigation, where you will hone your skills in navigating underwater using a compass and natural features. This will improve your ability to navigate effectively and confidently. The remaining three specialty dives are chosen by the students themselves. You can tailor these dives to your interests and goals. Some popular choices include underwater photography, wreck diving, night diving, drift diving, and fish identification. You can discuss your preferences with your instructor, and they will help you select the most suitable specialties for you.
